Braemar, the largest community in Virginia, is a planned community that was built from 1996 to 2008. There are 2,801 residences in Braemar.
Braemar is conveniently located just minutes from I-66, Route 29, and Prince William Parkway, and commuters will find it easy to travel to work via these routes.
Amenities include recreational facilities, two outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and several tot lots. Braemar has miles of paved trails on which to hike, walk, jog or bike.
